Welcome to Little Lakers at Lincoln & Roosevelt! 

Please complete a contract request in ARUX for the School Readiness class your child was accepted into for Fall of 2024 as soon as possible. When completed, you will receive an email that says “pending”. Watch for the email that says approved. We’ll take off the $30 registration fee if already paid. *If you're registering your child for extended care please submit a contract for your School Readiness class and extended care. 

• Let us know as soon as possible if your choices or plans to attend have changed. 
• Your child’s teacher will be reaching out to you the week of Aug 19th.

Roosevelt School Readiness

Early Childhood Screening: If not yet completed after your child turned 3 years of age, you will need to schedule the free screening now with Annie Vigen 

Early Childhood Screening or call 218-847-5628 ext 5419 (Only needs to be completed once). 

• Ensure Immunizations are up to date.
• Complete the School Census
• Application for Educational Benefits School Year 2023-2024  (after July 1 using the form for the new school year) at www.dlschools.net  free and reduced application
• Health Forms

(All families are encouraged to complete. By qualifying, your child might also qualify for State & Federally Funded Programs* to help with the cost of tuition or extended care)

TUITION ASSISTANCE Options 

• Pathway 1 Scholarships application and information:

Please send a copy of the letter you receive after applying, stating if you qualify, are on a wait list or do not qualify to attn: Fran at Lincoln. 

• You may also qualify for Pathway 2 Early Learning Scholarships, sliding scale reduced tuition, title funds, or through special education services.  Contact Fran for further information.  

Extended Care Information 

During the 2024-2025 school year, Extended Care will be held at the Lincoln Education Center Monday-Fridays on school days 3:30-5:15 pm. starting September 3.

No Extended Care on Non-School Days and Early Dismissal days. 

The last day of Extended Care will be May 22, 2024

Rates for the Extended Care are a flat $36 per week, and prorated on weeks when days without school. 

A two week notice is required for discontinuation of Extended Care.  A child may be dropped from Extended Care programming due to lack of payment.
