Minnesota law requires all day cares, child care centers, foster care providers, and programs licensed by the Department of Human Services that serve children to attend and complete this training before transporting children under age nine in their vehicle. Upon successful completion of this course, you can go on the Develop website and print a Certificate of Attendance.   Required to be repeated every five years.  ​NOTE: Please bring your ​Develop numbers (if you have one)  and the name and email address for your Foster Care or Child Care licensor to class.
